That’s why we offer a Money-Back Guarantee on our monthly service—as long as all program requirements are met.


How the Guarantee Works

If, after 180 days of consistent, on-time participation in our monthly program:

None of your credit scores (Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion) increase by a combined total of 50 points or more,

AND

No questionable negative items are deleted from any of your credit reports,

you may request a full refund of all monthly payments made during the first 180 days.


What Voids the Guarantee

The Money-Back Guarantee becomes void if any one of the following occurs during your first 180 days:

A questionable negative item is deleted from any credit report

Your combined credit scores increase by 50 points or more across all three bureaus

You cancel, pause, or miss any monthly payment during the 180-day period

Any new negatives being added to your credit reports like late payments, collections, charge-offs, etc.  during the program

You do not maintain active credit monitoring through the service we provide

If you don’t already have an open positive installment loan and an open positive credit card, you must open both within 60 days of enrollment—use Self Lender or Credit Strong (or a similar credit-building loan), and $200 or more Capital One Secured card or a $200–$500 secured card from a local bank or credit union for the credit card.

You fail to provide required documents (such as ID, SSN, and proof of address) within 5 days of enrolling

You do not upload or email any dispute result letters you receive from the credit bureaus within 7 days of receiving them (You’ll receive these letters in the mail. They include the results from the credit disputes we send.)


How to Request a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

Our team will review your account, verify eligibility based on program terms, and respond within 10 business days.

Refunds are limited to the amount paid during the first 180 days of service. No refunds will be given for services beyond the initial 180-day period.

While credit repair results can never be guaranteed, we stand behind our process with a fair and results-based Money-Back Guarantee.T his guarantee applies to all clients enrolled in the 6-month program—regardless of the price paid at the time of enrollment.


How the Guarantee Works

If, after completing the full 6-month program:

None of your credit scores (Experian, Equifax, or TransUnion) increase by a combined total of 50 points or more,

AND

No questionable negative items are deleted from any of your credit reports,

You may request a full refund of the total amount paid for the 6-month program.

Failing to maintain active credit monitoring through the service we provide

Not opening both an installment loan and a credit card (if none are currently open) within 60 days of enrollment—use Self Lender or Credit Strong (or a similar loan) for the installment, and a $200+ Capital One Secured card or local secured card for the credit card

Not submitting required documents (ID, SSN, proof of address) within 5 days of enrolling

Not uploading or emailing your credit bureau result letters within 7 days of receiving them

(These letters are mailed to you by the credit bureaus and contain the results from the disputes we send.)
