How the money back guarantee works for our monthly, 6-Month, and 12-month plan.

At Money Flu Financial, we offer structured monthly, 6-month, and 12 month credit restoration plans, designed to help you remove inaccurate, incomplete, and questionable negative items and build a stronger credit profile. While credit repair results can never be guaranteed, we stand behind our process with a fair and results-based Money-Back Guarantee. This guarantee applies to all clients enrolled in the monthly, 6-month, and 12 month program—regardless of the price paid at the time of enrollment.

How the Guarantee Works

Whether you're on the monthly, 6-month, or 12-month plan, you must be in our program for at least 6 months before you can be eligible for our money back guarantee. If, after completing 6 months:

No inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, and questionable negative items that we were challenging were deleted from any of your credit reports,

You may request the money back for the total amount paid.

What Voids the Guarantee
if any one of the following occurs during your 6 months in our program:

An inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or questionable negative item that were were disputing is deleted from any of your credit reports.

You cancel, withdraw, or fail to complete at least 6 months program in our program.

Any new negatives (that weren't previously deleted by us) being added to your credit reports like late payments, collections, charge-offs, etc.  during the program

You miss any required steps, including:

Failing to maintain active credit monitoring through the service we provide

Not opening both an installment loan and a credit card (if none are currently open) within 60 days of enrollment—use Self Lender or Credit Strong (or a similar loan) for the installment, and a $200+ Capital One Secured card or local secured card for the credit card.

How to Request your money back

To be eligible for the money back guarantee, you must:

Submit the official Money Back Guarantee Request Form between day 181 and day 195 of your enrollment

Allow up to 10 business days for us to review your account and verify eligibility

Money back Guarantees are limited to the total amount paid for your plan. This does not include credit monitoring fees. No money will be issued beyond that amount.
